I grew up heavily influenced by action sports. A community built on adrenaline and the flow state. The culture around these sports can take over and put you into a state of chronic stress, hormone imbalance, and adrenal fatigue. I am on a mission to help these athletes and all individuals embrace healthy habits and practices to create a more balanced state of wellbeing.

After a number of injuries surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, and martial arts, my body was very imbalanced. I looked fit but my insides were burnt out. I was a fit-sick person. Since then I have studied at the CHEK Institute, the worlds premier leader in Scientific Movement Training and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. I now train, teach and coach in Santa Barbara, CA.
